Pour is a polished looking place with a nice outdoor seating area on Prince Street. Inside the bar is under-lit with purple light, and the bar top itself features what looks like a very rare and unique marble but is actually more interesting in that it's made up of plant matter. Exposed brick walls and a plank wood floor balance out the more exotic decorative notes, and the room itself has a comfortable feel in the way the different spaces are laid out.

Both the food and service are quite good, and given that I feel the prices are quite reasonable. Here are a few examples:
Duck Fat Fries $5
Charcuterie Boards with different meats & cheeses, $5 each
Roasted Garlic Hummus $9
Twice Cooked Duck Leg $13
House Made Fettuccine $18
Braised Pork Belly $23
Crispy Cornish Game Hen $25

Not unlike the menu, the beer selection isn't huge but it's wisely chosen, and there's "no crap on tap".

I'd certainly recommend stopping in whether it's just for an afternoon beer, or for happy hour, or a romantic dinner with your wife or girlfriend, or friends.

This is a place you must visit at least once when you are in the Lancaster City area, if you can find a seat. This place is fantastic on all levels because of the completely different types of seating areas to the art to the artistic food to the beer and even due to the fact that you can buy the kitchen staff beer!

The beer selection here is good for a restaurant that only carries fantastic bottles and keeps great stuff on tap, be sure to see what local brewery is on tap. This place is sure to please with beer or liquor.

The food here is fantastic. Who ever thought of the ingenious idea of cooking french fries in duck fat is a god. The food here is made really well, the portions are held true to traditional serving sizes, so don't expect a ton of food. They give you what you pay for.

Definitely one of my favorite Lancaster City restaurants. Please give this place a try!

GREAT PLACE!!! It is a little on the pricey side but if you go when you can have some one on one with the bartenders you won't regret it!! They know their stuff about beer and wine. 10 Rotating Taps. Which I am told never have the same keg twice. Bottles list is very nice almost two pages long, with a great selection. A+++

I was recently in Lancaster and stopped in with my brother and cousin. They had outdoor seating but we chose to go in to the bar. The interior is stylish and they had some rock music playing as we sat down, the bar is short but spacious with interesting heavy metal tap handles displayed which we were told by the bartender are symbolic of Lancaster history.

The selection of beer is good with a nice selection of taps that included Perpetual IPA and Sixpoint belgian ipa this particular occasion. The food was outstanding as we enjoyed a sampling of charcuterie and cheese which was delicious and varied including rogue smoky blue and a terrine of duck. The bottles are great too -we shared a bottle of pretty things OUR finest regards barleywine and the service was great since he mentioned a gathering they host frequently for fans of beer. They have a good selection of wine for alternative or for non beer drinkers and well stocked bar. I think the quality speaks for itself, I was glad to try the duck fat fries too which were served with a garlic aioili. I recommend POUR for the food and they have some great beer including Tripel karmeliet which makes an appearance on tap occasionally.

I haven't tried the food yet, but I'll definitely be back to give the menu a whirl. I was impressed by how well they stuck to local and regional foods as I glanced over the menu.

The atmosphere and decor was simple and enjoyable. They did a great job of preserving some of the original brickwork, which I always appreciate. Although I sat inside, the outdoor seating are was busy and is clearly popular.

The beer list was fantastic - not overwhelmingly large, but clearly expertly curated. The bartender was a wealth of beer knowledge and I will stick with his advice every time I am there.

As a Lancaster, PA native, I'm happy to have this place in town!

This place appears to be modeled after Tria in Philadelphia...wine, beer, cheese. there were ten taps, no BMC. While I did not have any, the bottle list seemed to include a decent selection of locals. the service and atmosphere were friendly, the decor was modern but cozy. On the bartender's suggestion, I had the St. Boniface 3 lb IPA as well as the 21st amendment black IPA which were both excellent. Interestingly, a lot of the cured meats hail from Pittsburgh and a couple cheese from lancaster.
