Slide into summer and step off the grid by Goin’ Coastal with this pineapple laced IPA. The bright aromas of the five citrus hop additions are accentuated by the tropical fruit of the pineapple- and just like those three day weekends, its finish is quick.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 10/3/2017. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light caramel, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/pine hops, pineapple, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light caramel, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/pine hops, pineapple, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop/fruit astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.1%. Overall this is a very nice fruited IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/pine hops, pineapple, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Juicy and fairly dank hop complexity with great pineapple fruit balance; nice bready Munich malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering. Just the right amount of fruit presence to not overwhelming the hop profile.

Look: Pours an amber shade of orange with a one finger, very rocky, sparse, off white head of foam. Not much lacing; but there's some.
Aroma: Very mild nose to it. Light notes of honey, pineapple and guava.
Taste: Follows the nose. Granola and honey with savory notes of guava and pineapple. A bit of spicy resin on the back end paired with some nice malty notes of pale grains. Maybe even some apricot but it's very faint.
Feel: Easy drinking, slick and slightly flat but with a decent body to it. Mid weight feel.
Overall: Sweet for a IPA - not to a cloying degree but you can definitely taste the adjunct pineapple juice. Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of this, or any IPA with adjunct fruit for that matter.

Look...Old school brownish IPA look with a white head and almost entirely clear.
Smell...very faint smell of hops, light , light hint of the pineapple. Not unpleasant but not very present.
Taste...a carbonated explosion of juice and isolated bitterness. An ample sweet with opposing bitter to give a nice balance and homogeneous dryness throughout the finish.
Feel...a juicy slick feel that provides a fullness and diversity that expands and helps the beer in many ways
Overall...this beer is really nice on a hot day and many other days too. A bunch of beers from the variety pack I would definitely buy again and will continue to by from these defiant brewers. "Don't float the Mainstream"

Hints of pineapple and orange. Probably needs a bit more pineapple but is still an excellent brew

A nice pineapple flavored IPA. Not too tart or sweet. Nicely balanced.

Pours a hazy light amber with a 1.5" white head, which lasts. Moderate lacing to the end.
Aroma: pineapple hits you right off. Also, mango, orange, floral.
Taste is pineapple, mango, orange zest.
Medium bodies, light carbonation. Dry, resinous finish.
One of the better pineapple beers.

12 ounce can in an oversized nonic pint glass.
So the large glass afforded an aggressive pour yielding a 3-plus F head. Lots of light linen colored fluff over a see through brew, copper in color. Heavy snowfall lacing.
Aroma is mostly citrus; orange and lemon. There’s a touch of pineapple sweetness and grains.
Pineapple flavor comes through. A bit of lemon and malt.
Medium bodied with noticeable abv. Finishes easy with tropical sweets. Slight hop bitterness at the tail end.
Good tropical and citrus fruit IPA. Tastes natural rather than juice infused. A beer it is.
