From a twelve ounce aluminum can, this brew is lightly hazy and straw in color. The aroma is pungent, and very fruity...fleshy and meaty citrus and stone fruit. The taste is balanced, and a resiny, floral hop flavor is ever-present. Full in body and satisfying.

Nice unfiltered gold/orange beer with a soapy white head. Tons of lacing. Smells like grapefruit, pine with a tiny bit of dankness. Fruity and bitter with mainly grapefruit and pine. Not very sweet but pleasant. This is a pretty solid beer.

Pours out a cloud pale gold. The head is a dense foam with excellent retention. Lots of lacing on this one.

The noise is juicy with dank grapefruit. Also getting a bit of grains and hints of lemongrass.

Taste is a bit of everything. Tropical fruits, light floral notes, musty, a tad piney. Very good.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied. With playful carbonation. Easy drinking.

Pours a very hazy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Citrus aroma. Somewhat juicy. Decent piney resin. Smooth taste. Juicy citrus with a quick transition to a bitter piney resin. A little malty. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A good beer.

Poured from can into tulip, good 2 finger soapy off white head, good retention and great lacing. Hazy pale golden in the glass. If you put this beer and yellow rose down in front of me, would be hard pressed to tell you which is which based on smell. Mosaic on this is bright and tropical big mango and peach, pineapple and some grapefruit coming thru. Taste follows the nose, slight malt sweetness, then there is mango and grapefruit with a little ripe pineapple on the finish. Finish is mild bitter, less than you get from YR, it is enough to keep this beer highly drinkable. If this falls into the class of NEIPA, then it is on the lower end on sweetness and higher end on bitterness. This is extremely well balanced and am going to grab more before it disappears off the shelf. Great job SweetWater, think about keeping this one

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on September 28, 2018. Brewed with 2 Row, malted oats, wheat and Mosaic hops. Notes of herbs and citrus fruit.

Appearance - Pours slightly hazy orange with decent white head that settles to a nice ring around the glass. sticky legs spot the glass.

Aroma - Overly ripe mango, pineapple and peach. Light aroma of oat and earthiness with a hint of malt.

Taste - Nice balance of tropical fruit and bitter citrus peel. The taste is not as sweet or tropical as the nose lets on and I like the lightly bitter balance.

Feel - Medium bodied light softness with a touch of dryness.

Overall - I enjoy a great sweet tropical NEIPA but I also really like these "hazy" IPAs that combine some bitterness and are not real sweet.

12oz can with a best by 11-2-18 date.
1/2" white head falls to a cap on top of a pale gold/peach color hazy, opaque IPA.
Big hop aromas of orange, pineapple, peach and ripe mango.
Citrus and tropical flavors follow suit. There's a raw yeasty edge middle to end - seems typical of the NEIPA's I've had (?), which isn't a lot. Mosaic definitely delivers a lot of different and enjoyable flavors on its own.
Fuller than medium bodied, decent carbonation and a prickly sensation on the tongue. Faint lingering low bitterness.
I like it, definitely easy to drink at 6.2% abv.

What a great beer. Like most great seasonals,, enjoy as much as you can drink before expiration. Looks light and refreshing like a mosaic should. Smells of strong grapefruit and mango. Tastes is smooth with a nice hoppy bite you like. Feels tingly on the tongue with just enough bitterness to want some more. Overall this is just a terrific beer for watching football on Saturday night.
