The beer poured very clear, and formed a small one finger thick fleeting head. An attractive look, but quite odd to have no haze despite the name. The aroma had a lemon zest smell up front followed by a strongly sulfurous smell afterwards. Tasted very similar to how it smelled, with lemony tang, and a grassy -vegetal finish. Pretty thin feeling, and rather insubstantial.

Pours a tight, white head that disappears fairly quickly, not uncommon for a lager in my experience.
Smell is bready, clean, effervescent with a hint of citrus.
Taste follows the nose. Clean, crushable, refreshing and nicely carbonated. As I swallow I get a fruity, grainy flavor that reminds me so much of froot loops!
The carbonation level and the slick, light body goes down easy (maybe too easy. Lol) but doesnt come off as watery.
Overall, a great beer and great addition to the 420 series. I can see me getting these repeatedly this summer! Give this one a try!

Poured from can to a pilsner glass. Lighter gold with a white head that disappeared. Pretty clear beer. Smell is bold and intense. Smells dank, lemony, catty. Taste is lemony citrus, sweet up front with a bit of tartness in the end. Feels a bit light in body, a lot of carbonation. Leaves behind a strange mouth coating akin to me like the feel after you rinse your mouth with peroxide. Weird, I know. Overall, great aroma, the rest is so-so. Not one I need again.

This beverage fits snugly into the 420 strain series as soon as the can is opened. Imagine the slight panic one might feel, if one were to have a police officer knock on their door immediately after cracking one of these "dank" bombs (may give probable cause for a warrant). That being said, the aroma is not unpleasant, especially if one has positive experiences associated with that classic 420 aroma.

On to the character of the brew itself. The can says 'lager' right on the front. However, below that in finer print are the dreaded words 'malt beverage with flavors added'! I enjoy macro lager as much as the next guy and I'm no beer snob, but this stuff is a pass for me.

Poured into standard American pint glass. Small 'clean' white head that dissipated much quicker than some of it's cousins in the same line. The skunky aroma from the hops almost completely drowns out the fact that there is a very sweet malty base to this lager. (Note: skunkiness in this beer is not the same as decomposed alpha acids, it is very much like opening a fresh bag of 'flowers').
Body is medium to light with good carbonation, but the flavor is where this malt beverage takes a downturn. Hop bitterness up front is too intense for the 'style' and then the flavor skips past what seems to be a nice honey and biscuit driven malt and straight into fruit loops territory. The lingering aftertaste is what I would imagine eating a bowl of artificially fruit flavoured cereal on the back porch, with skunk must blowing in the breeze must be like.

Someone may enjoy this product, but as for me I'll save my money for something else.

Refreshing, light, and dank. Very odd combination that works. One of the best beers I've ever had.

12 oz cans with a 16 August 2020 BB date stamp on the bottom. Purchased within a mixed 420 Strain 12 pack. Served in a lager glass on several occasions in June 2020.
Aroma. Skunky weed, hops and fresh citrus with lemon and a faint bready note.
Flavor. Follows the aroma but with the malts more prominent. Bold and flavorful for a lager. Excellent balance, good complexity and exceptional harmony.
Feel. Excellent... medium-light body with soft but lively carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: a lager that's well worth seeking out.

Pours a pale amber with light greenish hues and an off white head.

Floral, spicy, fruity, and malty in the nose.

Rich malt backbone with notes of homemade bread balanced by floral and herbal hops and some tropical fruit notes.

A 12 oz. can poured into a clear pint glass provides a little bit of color from this liquid. There's a nice funky smell that resembles a good European pilsner. That's the best thing about this beer. There's a bit of a head and lacing, so it doesn't appear as poor as it tastes. What taste there is has a slightly salty and lime character. There's no body and very little beer like taste. If you don't like beer, this one's for you.
