LowRYEder IPA with Jalapeños and Habaneros added! Had this one at the source! Had while out and about at my buddy’s bachelor party! Tick all day, every day! Served from cask into a Sweetwater LowRYEder IPA barrel glass. Poured yellow-orange with a minimal off-white head. Maintained decent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, spice, peppers, citrus, and citrus hop. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, pepper, spice, and spicy followthrough. It had a light feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a fairly good brew. I have to say that this was a really nice touch to the base brew. The pepper addition going on here was really quite nice and added another level of depth to the brew. It was not overwhelming by any means, but the peppers definitely let you know that they were there. Definitely glad I got the opportunity to try this one! Tick.
