As a student at a local University, I usually visit the Picaroons Brewtique when I go downtown. Awesome vibe, great beer, and exceptional staff. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. With 6 beers on tap, my only gripe with the Brewtique is that I wish there was more beer! That certainly doesn't take away from the experience though, as Picaroons beer's are always top notch quality.

Stopped in here tonight after supper to get something to enjoy in the room and to take home. Smallish shop on a main drag downtown. Two door cooler in the front right with bottles to go. Bar in the middle right wall with maybe eight taps and a couple of coolers keeping the growlers cold. Friendly attentive staff, reasonable prices and good beer. I’d come back and spend more time if ever I’m back in the area.

Picaroons' growler station. Always have 6 rotating taps, and this is the only place you can get some of their special seasonals. Growler fill is $10. Also have a fridge with most of their bottles. Usually open until 11pm (two hours later than the liquor stores in NB). Merchandise also for sale. If you have some free time take a stroll through the place and read about the history of brewing in NB and how Picaroons came to be. The back end of the shop acts as a sort of museum, which makes this place all the more cool. Right downtown beside The Garrison Ale House.
