A beautiful pour into a canning jar. Slightly cloudy yellow with a nice thick hear . Nice smell and taste. A bit sweet and bready. An excellent blonde! Another great beer from the "in town" brewery!

Pours a hazy golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is lacing. Malty aroma. Very bready. Hints of tropical fruit. This beer is a malt bomb in my opinion. Bready, tropical fruits. Small amount of spice at the end. Very tasty. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Pours a cloudy, gold with a finger of off white foam that flees pretty fast leaving fine lace and a ring that lasts the whole ride.
Mild Belgiany tart in the nose fronts some spicy hops and sourdough bready sweet with a hint of lemon behind it in a mild aroma.
Medium strength taste that is full of all the flavors in the nose, but with the tart yeast definitely leading the way, and the lemon hop becoming more assertive. Hop flavors never really overpower, and they are just herbal enough to end the sip pretty dry. As it warms the flavors meld together better and it becomes tastier and more balanced.
Low/med. carb., refreshing, and pretty viscous for style, with a finish that needs to be a little cleaner to be considered optimal. OTOH it frames the flavors pretty nicely.
Lotta really amazing Blondes around these days, and this is not in that elite group. A solid beer that is enjoyable and recommended, but not one that is likely to wow folks.
