pours a clear light amber-yellow gold body with an off-white foam head that peaks at about a finger and a half and has moderately low retention and leaves a few patches of lacing as it settles to a patchy cap
aroma is a fresh feeling citrus hop, though fairly muted
taste is similarly fresh and crisp feeling citrus hop with a low bitterness factor and a suggestion of grapefruit
mouthfeel is mid-level carbonation and medium-light body that goes smooth and slightly grainy before finishing dry and clean with a light bitter aftertaste
overall:
it's a session IPA that runs on the 5% range and manages a hop presence, even if it is on the light side.

A: slight haze; copper colored; 1+ finger finely pored off white head that receded to a wispy cap; OK lacing;
S: not especially aromatic; what's there is tangerine and lemon;
T: tangerine up front; from the middle through the finish, it's balanced between tangerine and lemon; mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: OK, but not special;

At the brewery. Pretty decent Pale. More of an old school West Coast version of the style. More of a copper color, filtered, a piney and resinous bite from the hops. Solid.

Bought a 6 pack in Aldersons supermarket in Ft. Worth Texas. Pours a hazy dull gold color with a small white head. Average head retention and some lacing. Aroma and taste, malty up front (dry biscuity malt) followed by citrus hops. Some grapefruit and orange/tangerine. Medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is light, ok bitterness, fairly run of the mill. Nothing wrong with this beer, it is just not a standout IPA.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a lightly hazed orange yellow color with a one finger head of fluffy white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is big of grapefruit citrus hops and some sweeter citrus of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit. Along with these smells comes a bit of lemon and a touch of grass.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp malt flavor that is backed by a rather decent showing of grapefruit citrus hop. The taste follows the nose rather well as some flavors of lemongrass and lemon zest join the tongue. Along with a little bit of a herbal hop comes more toward the end of the taste and leaves one with a moderately to lightly hopped, but rather easy drinking taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is average to slightly thinner in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is average as well. Overall a slightly higher carbonation may have been better for the lemon and citrus hop tastes, but overall the feel is pretty nice.
Overall – A decent brew overall, but nothing super exceptional overall. Good but not outstanding..

Poured from a can. 1 finger head that does not linger very long. Dark, amber color with some cloudiness. The look of the veer is very appealing, it there is no bouquet. The lack of bouquet matches the lack of flavor. If Budweiser had an IPA bud... this is what it would taste like .

I had just drank this company's neato bandito beer and instantly lost hope in their product as that beer tastes like a malt liquor like steel reserve but already had their mixed pack. This beer is a very light all day work IPA that just goes down easy and washes that bandito right away. Well I have had better beers I could see adding this one to my rotation of fancier beer. I do love the art on the cans and their little joke type things like their "brewed and bottled by..." that has bottled scratched out and canned scratched above it. If they had put as much time into their Bandito beer as this one they would be a lot higher on my list of good beer. But as for this beer would definitely recommend
