12oz canned on 09/03/22 and served in a stemless wine glass. Pretty hazy -- hazy enough, in fact. Sludgy and yellow amber with a nice white head. A little bit of a juicy aroma but a really nice, flavorful body with classic AIPA pine flavors along with grapefruit pith and pineapple. I'm actually enjoying this quite a lot. It's as much American IPA as it is New England IPA, and the alpha bitterness balances really well with the modern hop flavors. Very happy to drink this -- my favorite from the variety pack so far.

I got a couple of cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bright bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter Tangerine and orange presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

From a 12 oz. can dated 12/20/21. Sampled Mar. 5, 202.
The appearance is a slightly hazy golden-amber under a linger, lacing-leaving white head.
The aroma is citrus and fruit with a noticeable bready barley grain presence.
Medium mouthfeel.
The taste begins sweet but then the grapefruit and other tropical introduce themselves. Overall, a clean and moderate finish. This one is more like a traditional IPA rather than a modern one.

12oz can
canned 08/30/21 CHAOTIC EVIL
thanks to Derek for giving me a can to try
L: hazy golden/yellow body; frothy off-white head slowly dissipates
S: lemony citrus but not much else
T: fruity flavors: lemon, peach, white grape, grapefruit, passion fruit; wheat
F: lighter side of medium for body, moderate carbonation, finish is modestly bitter but more tart than anything
O: pretty easy drinking beer, especially for 8% - goes down more like a session IPA, which could prove to be dangerous with this one

Poured into a tall clear pint glass. Appearance is a goldenrod color, with about a finger's worth of head and decent lacing and retention.
Aroma: tropical and citrusy. Notes of pineapple, mango, orange, tangerine, peach, and a little bit of fruit punch.
Really tasting the fruit punch on the palette, with some dry hoppy notes in the mixture too. Pretty sweet, chilling-tasting beer and the fruit notes mentioned in the aroma play with the fruit punch. Body is medium-light.
