22 oz bottle.
Poured pale golden, lightly hazy, and with a very durable, large and frothy white head.
This IPA highlights the citrus spectrum, with hints of orange, tangerine and lime peel. These even carry through to the aftertaste to join a subdued but expected grapefruit note. Moderately bitter for style despite the 95 IBU listing.
Medium-high but soft carbonation in a fairly light body.

Pours a medium gold color (SRM around 8), with a fairly dense, white head that fizzles out quick. First quaff delivers a strong hop aroma, spicy and citrusy. Green Flash reports that they used Simcoe, Amarillo and El Dorado. But the hop aroma profile is a bit of a muddle. The malt is very pale, a rich 2-row type, along with wheat, which lightens the body. Aromas of bitter orange, lemon bergamot, honeysuckle and cedar. The bitterness is quite high and sustained. I'd give it fifty-something IBUs at least. Dry finish with no diacetyl or alcohol. Great hot-weather pale.

A: pale gold, nearly clear, bright white tower of foam left lacing down the glass

S: very floral with hints of citrus breeze; some dry wood and moist pine; something like bread dough and yeast

T: up front crisp, floral, and citric (orange and lemon pith) elements; the finish brings more wood and pine; hints of spice; pale malts lend slightly honeyed sweetness and grain backbone; yeastiness...

M: juicy wet fruit-feel while remaining light, tingly, tightening and crisp; dynamic bittering across the palate; slight chew on the back-end

O: a very nice IPA, accentuating the citric; uses Simcoe, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops - grab a bottle, fans of the featured hops in particular... bright, tight, bursting with flowers
