Belgian yeast, a fruity nose, classic spicy fruity taste from the Belgian yeast. Excellent hop profile that reinforces this is a IPA. Semi dry crisp finish. A enjoyable beer.

Tripel or Belgian IPA? That’s the question. All around wonderfully crafted ale, yeasty and hoppy, pours with a tripel’s high fluffy head. Deep hazy gold, light hoppy aroma, taste has stronger hop elements. Dry, chalky finish, mildly sweet.

The original hybrid of two beautiful worlds:Dank Belgian-like yeast with a huge American dry hop.

A hazy golden straw color with a tower of clumpy, sea foam, lacy and sticky, clumps of foam stick to the glass. Ultra slow dissipation from the lively carbonation.

A massive, complex Amarillo hop aroma strikes first, earthy, pineapple, red fruits are abundant. Coupled with a very complex dual yeast smell, sour, earthy and sweet that couples with a big, sweet malt effect. A deep, wild yeast, wheat and hop array of aroma's makes for an Endlessly interesting whiff.

The complexity is otherworldly, beyond space and making time stand still. The Amarillo dry hopped effect is earthy, bitter, fruity and intense, easily one of the most interesting hop effects from any beer i've ever had. Couple that with one of the best most complex and wild yeast beasts From an American brewer that I can think of. The malt is no joke, heavy, sweet and smooth, gives major body and balance to a heavy-hitting hop & yeast dominant combo. Depth of flavor is very high, sip, savor and ponder the beauty of this freak.

Basically, Frankenstein's Monster if it was created by Albert Hoffman.

If you want a yellow beer with a shit ton of haze, this brings it. Definitely more belgian trippel in the nose than American ipa.

The hops do make an appearance in the taste, but it is not a 50/50 split in this one, it definitely leans far more belgian than it does ipa. Still a ton of spice rack, yeast and alcohol.

Would not bang again, but worth a tick and ride. Interesting enough.

Aroma: smells like a tripel! Coriander, yeast, clove, and light malts
Taste: sweetness at first. Then grass, spice, yeast, herbs, caramel, alcohol. A bitter and warm aftertaste.
Look: Light amber with a huge head. A wonderful hybrid between the tripel and DIPA styles.

Look: It pours golden with an off white moderately high head. Head retention is fairly good Overall it has good clarity and Belgian Lace.

Smell: It has aromas of grass, some clove, floral, yeast, toasted, and grain.

Taste: The initial flavors are sweet. There are flavors of spice, clove, low fruit, flora citrus, yeast, toast, and grain.

Feel: It has a moderate body with a medium dry finish and lingering bitterness. It has moderately high carbonation.

Overall, this is a beer that is hop forward with complimentary background malts and yeast the balances the final product well.
