This is an aptley named beer! The nose has saome nice tropical notes to the hops with some spice and pine as well. On the palate, it has a nice malty start but transitions quickly to all bittering hops for a long, dry (astringent?) finish. Nice, but I wouldn't want more than one.

Deep slightly hazy orange amber brew with a sticky foam cap leaving sheets of lace. Pungent oranges, orange peels, marmalade and grapefruit along with a substantial caramelly malt nose. Biting bitterness right away, almost hot-spicy. Grapefruit pith. Oranges. Garlicky onion. Pine resin. The intense bitterness grudgingly yields just an inch to a creamy carmelly malt backbone which must exist in principle to warehouse all this hop intensity. Powerfully hoppy excellence.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous about this one. I enjoy a good IPA, but I'm anxious for this thing. Let's do this.

Look: 5 - Poured a beautiful dark orange/amber color with two fingers of fluffy white head. Absolutely gorgeous.

Smell: 4 - Mango, pineapple, (hops!). Not as strong of a scent as expected, but a nice one.

Taste: 5 - WOW. I was expecting a Mike Tyson punch to the face with hops, but what I got instead was this terrific blend of hops, malt, fruit. Outstanding. I don't know what's not to love about that.

Feel: 5 - Surprisingly easy drinking. Way smoother than expected.

Overall: 4.75 - I am incredibly impressed with this beer. The hops linger for days, but it's nice. A definite must try for any beer-lover, not just hop heads.

This beer comes in at 149 IBU's, not for novice craft beer drinker.

The pour gave me a 1 finger head, with a reddish orange color for the beer.

The smell is intense, mango, pineapple, almost an oniony type of smell but in a good way, apricot, and much more

The Taste is quite awesome, you get pineapple, mango. This beer is so hoppy that it basically numb your tongue. But if you're a hop head you will appreciate the numbing.

This is a great beer, and if you can get it, reach out an try it. Some good stuff

Fantastic DIPA! Fruity on the nose; nice and hoppy without actually wrecking your palate.
