On tap at Toronados
A: Brown and slightly murky with a very thin cream colored head.
S: Lots of fruity esters along with some grape, raisin, banana and clove.
T: Banana, some malt, dates and a lot of breadiness. To me, it was a little too one-noted, but it wasn't awful.

On tap at URGE.
A: Dark amber with a dense cap of beige foam.
S: Moderately sweet bready malt mingles with esters that are redolent of apple, banana, and raisin. There's a brown sugar note accompanying caramel and a whisper of chocolate. Alcohol is evident but complimentary. Some clove is evident.
T: Sweet and complex bready malt flavor with notes of raisin and prune. Banana is faint. The beer is lightly spicy, bringing clove to mind. Alcohol is soft.
M: Upper medium in body with a lower high level of carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth.
Overall: A nice Dubbel from Green Flash. Recommended.

On-tap at Green Flash
A: This beer pours dark amber in color with a tall khaki head.
S: The aroma starts off with a big time sweetness. There is a very intense banana note. In addition, there is a sugary note which gives a bit of a candy (Runts) feeling. A decent bread character and mild toast.
T: Sweet bananas and brown sugar with a nice bready note and plenty of toffee, as well. In addition to the brown sugar, there is caramel and a light raisin flavor. Just a mild spice character in the background.
M: The body is medium with a medium carbonation.
O: Green Flash has really done a good job with the Belgian-style beers I've had from them and this was no exception. Very nice.
