Well, the biggest drawback of this place is that it's before security in the airport. Which is unfortunate, because the TSA is bad enough, going through drunk is inadvisable. That said, this is a nice place and unlike some of the other excellent hubs in this airport you don't have the cover charge of an airline ticket.

The beer was pretty damn good, the food too.

Worth a stop in if you have the time.

This is inside Denver International Airport folks.

The HUGE NEGATIVE first: It's pre/post TSA security. That pretty much hoses it for most people and circumstances. I was fortunate in that I was meeting people due 2 hours after my arrival.

The place is typical airport fare---clean, busy, crowded, and "cold". With the servers having seen every type of dreg on the planet, you won't sense much friendship. Professional they were though, so how much can one complain? If you are able to acquire a bar stool and a beer, it helps a great deal (I did).

If you are with a non-beer person they have the capability of pouring liquor. If you are with a swill fan, they have that too. Food? It's there as well, but I did not partake.

While I am not a huge Boulder Beer fan, I have to admit their offerings to be drinkable. The big bonus for this reviewer was trying two previously unknown offerings: Planet Porter and Farmhouse Saison, the latter of which I had two!

If they don't serve up every one of Boulder's beers then call me a liar, but I do know they had at least 10 on tap.

I do not recall the prices exciting me one way or the other (either too high or surprisingly low).

'have time to kill at the airport? Well, if the logistical stars line up in your favor while at the airport and you are thirsty, I recommend a visit. It *really does* give you a nice break from the thorns and thistles of air travel.
