Stopped in here one night after a tasting at Bliss with the brewer from Small Town. It's a cool little pizza joint, kinda like a pizza version of the Chipotle aesthetic, all semi-industrial and whatnot. We bellied up right to bar to grab a pint. There was some usual goodies, like Founders, Great Lakes, Goose Island, and the like, along with a couple taps from Small Town at the time. They've got a decent bottle list as well, making for an impressive selection for a pizza joint. The bartender is amiable and fairly knowledgeable, though not entirely an expert. The pricing is pretty good, par for the area. I have yet to try the pizzas, especially considering my preference for deeper crust, but it all looks pretty good. Overall, it's a pizza joint first, but the beer selection is more than solid for the surroundings. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Wood Oven Pizza in Wauconda? Yes!

Atmosphere - Dark and Relaxing. Kinda of a industrial feel.

Service - Service is good, nothing out of the ordinary. The manager seems to make his way to every table, which is nice.

Selection - This is the goto restaurant in Wauconda! They have an always changing beer menu. Double Jack on tap, Flossmoor Station Master Wheat, 3Floyds Apocalypse Cow, etc...I am always pleased with the selection.

Food - Food is great! Every pizza on the menu is top notch. You can even design your own red or white pizza, which is something I'm a fan of from going to Piece downtown. Definitely try the wood oven baked artichoke dip. I wouldn't get a Pizza after it though - as it is pretty hefty. Great for a quick nite out for a couple beers.

Value - Beers are $4+ and Pizza's range from $10-$15.
