On tap into a small pint glass

A - Thicker head than all of my other pours at this brewery which is a nice change. Head is frothy and dissipates somewhat slowly. Beer is cloudy and orangish with a tint of copper. Moderate carbonation is visible. 4/5

S - Very citrusy (grapefruit) on the nose and floral alongside notes of biscuit and white bread. Very simple, but a nice strong aroma to accompany the tasting. 4.25/5

T - The grapefruit really comes out right away which is followed by white bread and a slight caramel sweetness. Floral hops round out the taste alongside a bit of green apple and a lingering bitterness that is not overwhelming, simply a reminder of the hops in the beer. 4/5

M - Nice and light pale lager with a decent carbonation burn. Somewhat smooth as well despite the lightness and amount of carbonation. Very sessionable in terms of mouthfeel. 4.25/5

O - Not an overly complicated pale lager but it doesn't have to be. Nice strong aroma and flavor profile that are a reflection of one another with a nice balance between bitter and sweet. Simple, but well executed. 4/5

Pours a deep straw golden color. Minimal head half the width of a pinky, despite an aggressive pour. There is minimal aroma. Soft mouthfeel with light bubblegum and grain. It is a light and unoffensive. There is no lingering aftertaste. Overall, this is a soft, refreshing lager. Would try this again fresh, but I'm not sure how much of a difference that would make.

Poured from can into a tulip. Nice hazy golden color. Minimal head which dissipates quickly leaving a ring around the glass. Smell I pick up mild citrus, reminds me of tangerine. Very smooth taste, now that I am thinking about that tangerine I am starting to taste it. Mild hop bitterness on the back end. Mouthfeel on this beer is really good. When I started drinking this I was thinking I wasn't going to like it too much, but it has changed my mind. This would be a good sushi beer. Think I will go back and grab a 6r and stick it in the fridge for the BYOB sushi joints we frequent.

12 oz can poured into a pint glass. Nice citrus flavor but not overly so. Sort of creamy on the palette. Overall a good beer but not great.

The rating is based on tasting it on tap at the brewery, not from the can.
