An unfiltered extra pale ale crafted with five different malts and complimented by northwestern hops make this brew one to enjoy year-round. Generous amounts of hops in the kettle and fermenter give our EPA a citrusy and floral flavor and aroma.

Drank from a 12 oz can; relatively fresh dating purchased from the brewery. Tastes of bright, clear hops with subtle malt backing. Refreshing and clear and epitomizes what an Extra Pale Ale should taste like. Not bad... good for the style.

Drank from a 12 ounce can.

Appearance: cloudy honey in color, nice 1” head, good lacing.

Smell: very subtle hoppy, very subtle grapefruit.

Taste: mild hoppy and smooth.

Mouth Feel: medium carbonated, medium creamy, very smooth.

A very drinkable beer. Creamer than anticipated. I would purchase again.

A strong pour from a 12-oz. can (10-11-18) was needed for a 1/2 finger of frothy white short lived fuzz with spots of lace. It states " Extra Pale" on label, true, very hazy light straw color, does not change much in front of light.
Pale malt and yeast lead the smell with floral and herbal hops.
The taste begins semi-sweet and lightly bitter, yeast and pale malt upfront. The middle is still malty as the sweetness drops off and hop bitterness increases. The finish is dry, reasonably bitter and long. Dryness, spicy hop flavors and faint pepper linger for a while.
Medium-rich bodied, plenty of carbonation in reserve. Alcohol is hidden (the pepper?).
Blonde Ale look and smell (the yeast), Pale Ale the rest of the way, nice transition from semi-sweet to dry and spicy.
