Poured a hazy yellow hue with a small, soapy white head. Moderate lace as the she warmed. Smell was very mild but did give off hints of bready wheat, lemongrass, and that classic belgian wit yeast. Taste lead with the spicy wheat notes with a bit of the citrus coming through. Nothing over the top, but solid, imo. Feel was exactly what you would want it to be. Easy sipping summer beer. Nice introduction to Grey Sail for me. I would enjoy this again on a hot summer day.

Decent appearance: light yellow brew, hazy, with a nice white head. Aroma is yeast-forward while carrying some nice cracker notes from the yeast and some citrus (lime/grapefruit) from the hops.
Flavor follows: this is a yeast-forward (vice spice-forward) interpretation of a Belgian Wit, and that fits my personal preferences quite well.
Extremely light and drinkable, while maintaining a fullness of flavor throughout. This is a pretty good American take on a Belgian Wit, although true fans may well prefer more spice to the flavor.

Light hazy yellow in color with a thin white head. The head fades and gives way to a very small lacing. Smell is light crisp an lemon with a light yeask funk to it. Taste is a light citrus note with a dry light hop bitterness on the finish. Light on the pallet, might be a wee bit thin but overall, for the style a good beer.

Appearance: Pale, light, golden yellow - lightly hazy, as the name would suggest - bright, white head - retains a small but solid, foamy head - leaves some nice lacing, almost a solid wall
Smell: Bright, crisp Belgian yeast and some nice orange notes - Belgian notes, including ripe banana, bubblegum, and clove - some light spiciness and coriander - wheat and some lightly toasted wheat bread - orange and lemon, citrus peel, some honey as well
Taste: Notably clean and bright for a wit, despite not being particularly flavorful - light, non-funky Belgian yeast, with some clove, banana, and bubblegum - nice citrus notes, including some orange and lemon - very mild, lightly earthy malts - lightly spicy - lots of wheat, with some nice breadiness
Mouthfeel: Light body, crisp, nicely carbonated, finishes clean
Overall: Lazy days > hazy days but this beer is still pretty good
This is a nice Wit. It's not particularly flavorful, but the flavors it has are excellent, and it is remarkably refreshing. Honestly, it kind of reminds me of Hoegaarden. I would drink this again.

The colder this gets the better for sure. The foam and the look are really light like a lemonade. It is very murky and for a wit it bears the standard look
The smell is something to be desired it's there but it isn't. What you can smell is wheat and spice but it is so faint I almost missed it all together. Its very sweet and welcoming. If it were stronger it would definitely stand out.
The tastes is sweet and spicy i am kind of disappointed because much like the smell it is very pleasing but also faint. If maybe they strengthen this one up a bit it would pop. You can tast the orange peel and clove but the coriander seems too over the balance for a wit.
The feel has to be be highlight it feels good really good not to flat not to foamy but it isn't consistent. I poor it to a glass and made a nice head and within 10 minutes it was watery. Its hard to really sit back and enjoy this because the longer you sip it the worse it gets.
Overall I would say that it is a decent beer if it were competing with blue moon or shock top. But as far as a craft wit I find it very weak. This beer has the start of something great but falls short in every category. If you want to enjoy this I recommend leaving it in the can and drinking it rather quick like.

A- Another new can in my distro area poured into a tulip with a hazy golden body. Texture of the cap is creamy and somewhat foamy and it forms to about one finger high. Head retention is lackluster but the creamy ring leaves an impressive blanket of lace on most of the glass.
S- Fresh baked bread with some spices mostly off the top. Even with some warming just a bit more coriander and orange peel citrus comes off with a general bready, Belgian spicy yeast.
T- One of the milder flavor profiles for a Wit I have experienced, almost tastes a bit diluted or something. Orange peel and spices come to mind but fail to really leave an impression and fade quickly rather than sticking around on the palate like many spicy, yeasty Wits. Hints of banana, pepper, coriander and yeast bread.
MF- Light-end bodied with a high level of carbonation. Texture is foamy overall with some creaminess to it. Finishes with just a bit of spicy bitters.
The only problem here is that the flavor overall is a bit diminished for whatever reason. The elements there are pretty nice but it just feels watered down in a way. Still a pretty enjoyable, refreshing brew.

On-tap 7/9/13 at Track 84 in Warwick, RI, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a short white head that fades quickly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains wheat, citrus, light caramelized malts, some Belgian yeast and a touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of wheat, a thin malt character and some Belgian yeast. Then some mild citrus sweetness comes in. The hops presence is very mild but brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, very mild kick, not the best representation of style, it’s a decent beer but there are better alternatives within the style.

New brewery from RI, neat. A wit, although not typically my fav style, a hot day and I'm thirsty it should go down well. Also tall boy can, hooray!
Pours a huge pasty white fizzy head that hits almost 3 fingers and fades at a typical fair rate, with lines of soapy lacing, hazy wheat watery blond berlinner like color.
Nose is typical wit, plenty of wheat aromas, cracked toasted wheat, creamy wheat, a hint of a sour aroma too, as well as nice spices, a touch of salt, some coriander, hint clove like, some orange peel and zest, citrusy, hint of a grassy hop character.
Taste comes with a slight candy sweetness, orange peel candy, with light coriander like spices, nice orange peel citrus zest, as well as a grassy slight spicy like chewy hop flavor, fair bitterness from both the hops and orange zest. The wheat is there as well, lightly toasty but more creamy and general wheat flavor, little banana like with the citrus zest, and hint of tartness. It's fairly dry but a touch juicy. Finish is fairly dry too, fair bitterness too, a bit too bitter for a wit, with more grassy slight spicy hop profile, light citrus, more creamy wheat lingering with a little sticky feel.
Mouth is lighter bod but a bit creamy, decent carb.
Overall not bad, typical witbier with a bit of an over hopped profile, but not bad all around, nice creamy feel, decent wheat, decent spices and citrus, nothing too special but decent, and bonus for tall boy can, but quickly loses that as there's no date on the can.
