This is a barrel aged (18 months) sour from a shared unlabeled bottle (only on draft to public) at the brewery in February 2015.
Hazy orange-amber (apricot) body with a limited bubbly head.
Tart! Subtle barrel-aged aspect. A bit challenging but eventually leaves a good fruity and tart aftertaste with mild funk.
Good balance for style.
