Bottle shared by Kan? Served in a Hill Farmstead snifter.
A - Pink-tinged white foam with poor retention settles to a thin collar and not much else. Murky, pink, cherry juice body.
S - A hefty dose of fresh raspberry, light lactic sourness, and lots of oak. Not overly complex, but pretty nice.
T - The taste dials down the oak a bit and replaces it with some sweet malts, in addition to the raspberry and mixture of lactic and vinous acidity. Apparently this is over 9%, which was a total surprise.
M - Smooth, medium-full body, with lower carbonation, and a very dry and tannic finish. Absolutely not alcohol presence.
D - This was quite nice, and a lot stronger than the previous barrel-aged offerings I've had from 7venth Sun. There still seems to be a bit too much oak for my tastes, but otherwise this is a really nice beer.

Served in a Sweetwater snifter.
Thanks to Preismj and his Florida buddy for sharing this bottle! Hell, I almost forgot about this one, what with it being sampled amidst other, more well-known offerings. But here it is: It pours a clear bright red topped by a finger of pinkish-white foam. The nose comprises tart raspberry, light vinegar, and a touch of red wine. The taste follows fairly closely, but then finishes with a small flourish of sweet raspberry, cutting the tartness and dryness a smidge. The body is a hefty-leaning light, with a light moderate carbonation, and a dry, sticky finish. Overall, a very nice sour, hopefully a harbinger of tasty things to come from America's Wang...
