375ml courtesy of Matt...thanks kindly buddy. Had a bitch of a time finding anything about this beer.

Pours like Dorthy's shoes...you sexy ruby clodhoppers, you!

So...my Sherlock Holmesiness tells me this is a blend of Porter, Belgian Pale, and Triple barrel aged on currants. What an odd amalgamation.

Smells of my granddad's belt lathered in red fruits.

Lightly tart, coating, and slightly earthy. Some dark candy notes and sweetness along with red beets. Truly an odd beer that tastes much different than any vain attempt at understanding its individual parts. Nothing stands out individually, yet it works as a cohesive product.

A bit thin in body and from can be haphazardly guessed, this is a highish 7...8% beer?

Not sure what I have here, Matt..but I appreciate the kindness.

A: brightest glow that I ever did see. There is indeed no place like home.

S: funky juicy. B,P, @ L over a berry strong (Ha!) juice dominant nose. An air of what I can only describe as the anchoring basement (conceete and must) of the aroma

T/M: subtlies abound. This reminds me of a cranbic with more body, ABV, depth, and a decibel less tartness. The porter that is vacant from the appearance is evident as anchoring the body and mouthfeel. Just the faintest hint of some darker malts on the very end of the taste and in the after taste.

Agreed that I'd place this between 6.7-7.8% (just being thorough bro) ABV

O: Way solid beer that was not really worth waiting in line for an hour for at the end of their 1.5 anny (which was amazing (in it's own right) to have happened to have been in Tampa for). It was still great to try and 7venth Sun has a bright (zing!) future ahead of them. Knowledge is Sour!
