I was at the always fun and eclectic Camden Market and after a few hours decided, it was time for a break from the crowds and some beer. I walked a few block over to Brewdog and was happy for a few beers and respite.

This is a small but airy place. There is lots of natural light from the large windows. As you enter, the bar is ahead and to your left, the rest of the space is given over to a variety of booths and tables. There is also a ledge outside so you can have your beer there in the nice weather.

The service was friendly and was quick to handle our five orders.

Beer selection was solid. It was a mix of Brewdog and guest crafts. I am guessing they offer about 18 beers on tap plus additional choices in bottles and cans. They also had a local cider on tap that was topnotch.

We did not eat on this visit, but many locals were there for a late lunch.

Well worth a stop for a pint or two.

Visited with my wife during our honeymoon in London and Paris. Came here after hitting the impressive Camden Market.

Had the following on tap:
BrewDog Jet Black Heart
BrewDog Jack Hammer IPA
Beavertown Quelle Saison

Beers ranged from good to excellent (no surprise with BrewDog). Was also glad to try three BD beers I hadn't sampled before. Service was efficient and we enjoyed the classic beer bar atmosphere. Our overall experience was solid, and we would happily come back. Worth a stop.

A nice little reprieve from the hustle and bustle that is London. hey have about 15 beers on tap but since youre in the UK, most of these are going to come in around 5% ABV. The day we went, they happened to have a 13% Scotch ale and it sold out in a couple hours because, as I was informed, its almost unheard of in that area. Cool set up but it can get a bit busy in the evenings.

The BrewDog pub in Camden Town is one of the best places I've beer that are beer related and are not breweries. The space is very cool wanting to have a more older tone to it. The beer selection is good but not that great. Was expecting to find some 'unfindable' US beers that are rare in Europe but just some Stone beers were available. I've had the Ruination 2.0 on can and was very happy with it!

The BrewDog Camden has food but I didn't had any.

Visited twice while staying in London. Cool looking place. Wasn't too crowded. Had some great beers on draft. Also had bottles to go. The bartenders were knowledgable about the brews and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had.

Very cool place to spend a long afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick service. They have a lot of board games if you want to sit for awhile. Good music mix the time I was in. Both Brewdog and guest taps were great choices. They also have bottles. I didn't want to leave. Food menu was interesting, and I wish I hadn't had lunch before going.

A lots of hipsters and a very loud crowd. Patrons were not very friendly.

Q pretty good beer.

S fair, attentive. Knew a bunch about their own beer but not a ton about the other stuff in the fridge.

S good. 100ish bottles, 20 drafts.

V very pricey compared to other craft beer bars in London.

Some good beers and certainly worth a visit. However for me the atmosphere was pretty horrific, probably induced by the decor. Whilst the beers served were excellent with a good selection, the atmosphere meant we didn't stay long, perhaps what brew dog are going for, get the punters in take their cash and turf them back out again. Despite the quality offerings I probably wont make the effort to go back.

Went here over the summer last year. As always a great selection of bottles and some good draft beers rotating daily. Seemed to be cheaper thatn their Edinburgh pub for one of the bottles we got as well. £5 here for an American improt that cost me £7.50 up in Edinburgh earlier in the year. Place was quite on the Friday afternoon we visited which was surprising and no music was on which was also disappointing.

We stopped in while visiting London. I went mainly to try one of their high powered beers and ended up enjoying the place more than I expected. The atmosphere is interesting and eclectic with a mx of brick, wood and metal. It's got remnants of the traditional English pub but creates something very much its own.

The beer selection is pretty extensive with lots of their own on tap, lots of guests on tap and lots of bottles. I tried the Tactical Nuclear Penguin (£6 for 25ml) and my wife had a Hardcore IPA. I'm not into spirits at all but I found the TNP very interesting. The IPA was very good. It was strong but had plenty of delicate hop flavors that held their own.

I really enjoyed my visit. I'm not sure if I'd had a Brewdog beer before but I'm glad I tried them. They're certainly doing some interesting things.

Visited twice on my vacation time in London Oct 19th - 29th, 2012.

Located on Bayham Street in the heart of Camden, a neighbourhood once considered the trendiest in London, but since overshadowed in that department by the likes of Shoreditch and Brixton.

A: Lots of care has been taken to decorate this place in the faux punk esthetic. Lots of metal with brown rust effect scattered around, but it is very obvious that great care was taken to make sure the place looks like they don't care how it looks. Very double, but it's exactly the esthetic I expected from BrewDog.

Q: Beers were all fresh and in great condition.

S: BrewDog takes great care in seeing they don't put anyone in their bars that are completely oblivious about beer, which is a rare thing even for the other craft bars in London. The lovely young lady that served me on my first visit was clearly not the most knowledgeable on beer, but what she lacked in knowledge she made up in passion. The beer was frequently tasted to test its condition, which is something I like to see in bars like this. It lends great credibility to the whole "craft beer revolution" idea and sucks you and your wallet straight in.

S: Excellent selection of craft beer, which was surprisingly well-priced. The nip shots of Tactical Nuclear Penguin and Sink the Bismark will set you back 6 pounds, but other than that it's all very reasonable. Especially the guest beers on tap, including Evil Twin Yin and Mikkeller Black 2011, were almost what you could call cheap. Mind, almost.

Did not try any of the food available, but it looked good and could hardly be called expensive. Food menu consisted of burgers and pizzas designed by BBC MasterChef 2011 winner Tim Anderson. If memory serves me right, burgers cost between 4.95 and 6.95 and all pizzas ran at 9.95. So yeah, definitely not too expensive for a neighbourhood like Camden.

All in all, a great experience and surprisingly good value for money. A place I will definitely visit again next time I'm in London.

Beers sampled: Punk IPA, Hardcore IPA, Dogma, Dead Pony Club, Yin Imperial Stout, Mikkeller Black, Anchor Porter, Tokyo, Tactical Nuclear Penguin.

Very cool modern pub with plenty of seating both upstairs and down. Very good vibe the night I was there the guys at the pub were on the tables anouncing new beers and just making it a more exciting pub to be at. The beers were of superb quality, great selection from American and Danish Brewers as well as Lot's of Brewdog Beers on tap and in bottle. Service was just fine for a busy night and great for any British pub. All i had to eat was the sampler plate but it was really good. A bit pricy but I did not expect the prices to be anything different. I will be back.

Visited on December 26th 2011. Had a great time. They had an extensive and impressive selection available. Not only was there a ton of Brewdog beer available (including Mr Miagi, Imperial Wheat, Riptide, Dogma, Scotch Ale, Hardcore IPA and a few others on tap), but they also had a great selection of guest ales (Stone IPA and Arrogant Bastard). The coolest part, however, was the bottle selection. There were dozens and dozens of great beer options from all over the world, including a TON of amazing San Diego craft beers. Brewdog's work with Stone and Ballast Point has paid off in spades, as there are multiple bottled offerings from each.

All in all, this is the best craft beer scene I have seen in the UK so far. I loved having the chance to put Brewdog's beers head-to-head against American favorites (my two friends and I all voted Hardcore IPA on tap as being better than a bottle of Ruination IPA from Stone). The prices are a bit high, especially on bottles, but you get what you pay for, and you get great beer. The staff was very knowledgable and more than willing to sit around and talk beer with us. Overall, I think this is a must see for any beer fans that find themselves in London.

Visited on Tuesday 13th December, still classed as 'soft opening' having opened its doors for the first time on Saturday the 10th

2 level bar off the relatively busy Bayham Street (runs parallel to the high street) with buses passing the front door

I opted to get the tube, Northern line to Mornington Crescent and an easily navigable 7 minutes walk which looks about the same distance and ease as catching the tube to Camden Town

I didn't actually visit the downstairs cellar bar, as only popped in for an hour, but the bar man told me it held about 50 people (seating?) and had a physical bar to serve drinks from

Upstairs I would estimate seats around 40, largely small tables of 4, kind of diner style with individual chairs

Noted some folks playing games at their table, the likes of connect 4 and trivial pursuit (presumably provided from behind the bar)

The bar itself has over a dozen keg taps and on the day of my visit beers were (from memory) as follows:-

Brew Dog: - AB06; Punk IPA; 5am Saint; Hardcore; Riptide; Mr Myagis Wasabi Stout; Christmas Porter, Tokyo (18.2%) and a couple of others (£2 a half to £4 a half - AB06 and Tokyo about £6 for 1/3rd pint)

Brew Dog Nips: - 25cl servings of Tactical Nuclear Penguin and Sink the Bismarck (a hefty £6)

Guests: - beers from Evil Twin, Mikkeller and Stone and others (around half a dozen in total)

Also available the Lost Abbey/Brewdog collaboration a rum barell aged imperial porter

Good bottled selection, amounting to 50 + , but didn't really get chance to take too much notice or sample anything in my brief visit

My visit was between 4.30 and 5.30 pm and the place began to fill out at 5 (some opening journo bash downstairs accounted for some of this)

the service was very good, plenty of staff and they knew their stuff and were happy to give samples of anything you wished for (imagine the Penguin and Bismarck Not so !!!)

Whether this service holds up when busy, I don't know, but scored accordingly

Didn't sample the food, but bar food available (think the likes of pizza and fries etc?)

Will revisit in the new year, but first impressions were decent certainly in terms of the Brew Dog range on offer and the bottled and guest beers

No cask dispense in case anyone was hoping for this (I certainly wasn't expecting it - but you never know!)
