Corked and caged 750 ml bottle at Chuck's (dated 7-7-15), poured into a mug.

A- Huge tan head erupts atop a murky brown body. It settles in to a 1-finger foam and leaves wide rings on the glass.

S- I'd mistake it for a sour or wild ale. Lots of lactic quality. Hints of green apple and a vinegar-like aroma.

T- Much as the aroma suggests. A tart apple and funky, brett sort of flavor. Clean finish.

M- medium body with medium-heavy carbonation. bone dry and refreshing.

O- A refreshing, easy drinker. A bit funky, even for a Belgian pale. I'd drink it again, but at near $10 for the bottle, there are others within the style I would gravitate toward.
