Our best seller! A rich, golden color with the spicy aroma of clove and candy banana. The Belgian yeast shines bright on the palate, light and silky, with a clean, slightly drying bitter finish. Pairs well with afternoons on the lake; spring fare, white fish and fruit.

12 oz can from Tennessee with a September 2023 canning date stamped on the bottom. Served in a Belgian snifter while I root for UGA to continue beating 'Bama.
Appearance. Clear golden body with a decent white head.
Excellent aroma that is a nicely balanced mix of banana and clove form the yeast with a solid base of baked bread and spicy hops. The flavor follows, albeit a bit more mundane.

From City Brew Tours, canned September 18th, best by March 16th 2024.
It pours a clear pale gold with a good head of foam with some lacing. Head retention is short.
The smell is big cloves, banana, coriander...pretty intense aromas.
The taste is cloves, banana, coriander, fruity, dry, also grainy.
Medium bodied.
Good.

Tasted on tap at Martin's Barbecue in downtown Nashville. This was a nice example of the style. It had some distinctive Belgian yeast aromas and flavors, but was crisp, dry and drinkable.

Unknown vintage; drank 12/2/22 @ the Barbarian.
Mostly see-through dull orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a big eggshell head; decent lace.
Peanut butter, clove & faint soot notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Peanut butter, clove & orange peel flavors.
Drinkable, but the Belgian brewers won't be too worried.

Minor head and no lacing. The liquid has a bit of a chill haze. Deep gold color.
Mostly pale malt aroma with alcohol in the background. I pick up on the Belgian yeast smell on the second whiff.
The flavor is quite muted for the style. The mouthfeel is watery with a lower carbonation level. Sweet with a boost of alcohol warmth in the swallow. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, but brief.
