Pours a light yellow, plenty of fluffy head.

Smell is a bit weak, with the expected coriander and lemon popping up.

Citrusy and crisp, this isn't very deep, but easy to drink.

Thin bodied, with plenty of carbonation.

A decent witbier, not the best I've had, not the worst. Very easy to drink.

Light clear yellow color with large white cap.

Clean scent with light touches of coriander and orange.

Flavor is of a clean, light white ale with coriander more prominent in the taste than the scent while orange seems a bit more diminished, except in the aftertaste which accents the orange a little more than the spice. There may be a hop presence in the background, something floral, but not much.

Texture is more than medium with a creamy texture.

I suppose it's oats in the grain bill that account for the creamy texture. Whatever it is it's noticeable. Overall this brew doesn't do any more (or less) for me than say, Blue Moon, the difference being I can get Blue Moon fresher and at a lower cost.

Very promising pour...
a) That fills glass with 4 fingers of meringue head, and spackles glass with lasting lace and a film cap over a clear yellow body.
s) classic wit: coriander, wheat, pilsner, brightness, spice, orange, mineral water.
t) clean - it's the water - minerally - sets it above most - all the savory flavors in a favorable summer wit. Scrubbing citrus zest., with floral, peppery finish. Perfect.

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp. Nice finish. Clean.

O: Best or as good as any wit ale ever.

A vigorous pour from a 12oz bottle into my Hoegaarden tumbler produces a tall frosty glacier of foam which recedes to a pillowy collar and slick. Beneath the frost resides a turbulent pale straw liquid teeming with chunks of lees. Good retention, delicate lacing.

Bright wheat-and-citrus laden aromatics with a hint of coriander.

Quite tart and fruit-forward palate entry suggests lemon zest and oranges. Slightly spicy, vaguely minerally finish. The additions usurp the contributions of the yeast.

Creamy effervescent mouthfeel.

A pleasing reviving drink in the increasing heat of early Summer.

Served in a pint glass from the bottle.

Appearance: Super clear gold, light bubbles on the body. Has a very light head, coming off a white color and settles real quick..maybe rose to about 1/8" off the body.

Smell: light hops, and little lemon skin. Not much going for it.

Taste: honestly though it is a witbier it feels more like a euro pale lager. Has hoppy notes to it with a light dose of citrus.

Mouth: has a dry texture to it, somewhat sticky but there's room for improvement.

Overall: A lot of better witbiers out there but still not a disappointment. Best to compliment a light dinner. Drink with love, salud!
