Our quest was to make the best white ale we ever tasted, with the complex flavors of a classic witbier, all brewed with pure Icelandic water for a cool smoothness that is deliciously refreshing.
Wheat malt, pilsner malt, oats, bavarian noble hops spiced with coriander and orange peel.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a tulip, straw-yellow with a white head that quickly fades to lace. Orange cream and peach yogurt, with a coriander kick. Light, pleasant, refreshing.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a thick but short-lived white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is citrus, European hops, and malt. Flavor is similar but has distinct hints of coriander with the bready malt and citrusy hops. Feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall, a very nice beer, true to style.

Audrey: Bought single can from Total Wine. Enjoyed in apartment from pint glass. Light and citrusy with unique but subtle cilantro-like flavor. Citrus lingered. Gave Raddler vibes.
Alex: Short-lived head & glass lacing. Like a lemony soda, aftertaste reminiscent of seafoam. I could see Sprite fans liking this.

Appearance: Pours a mostly clear, pale golden color with a large white head. SRM of 5. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange cream yogurt and peach yogurt with some smooth buttery bread notes. (3.50)
flavor: Moderate flavors of orange cream and yogurt. Peach yogurt, some Belgian spices clean finish. Smooth, bread, mildly sweet. (3.50)
Feel: Leans heavier bodied, average carbonation. smooth, bready, mildly sweet. (3.50)
Compared to Hoegarrden White 4/2023: Pours lighter, larger head. Milder aromas. More orange and peach yogurt. Less floral Belgian spices and coriander. Smoother and breadier.
Overall: A decent Witbier. has a unique orange and peach yogrut flavor that I didn't quite expect. Not as much Belgian flavors. Drinks smooth and creamy with a lightly sweet buttery bread flavor. Decent, not great. Definitely preferred the Hoegaarden. (Rating: 3.58)
It's better than the rating I gave it. but more orange cream. This one I'd drinks as a Witbier as a Viking on a winter sail rather than a traditional clean and summer Witbier.
