This place ebbs and flows in terms of selection. Usually has at least a few "wow" beers on draft every couple weeks. Their standard selection is vast, if not particularly exciting. The food is good with something for everyone. Also, the wait is usually 20 minutes less than surrounding establishments

Great atmosphere with large open front windows that make you feel connected with the main street and California air. Just up the hill from the pier. And a large selection of draft beer. Unfortunately I caught them just before a Ballast Point event so they were clearing out but hadn't yet opened the BP taps. But still a great stop!

Top place! Excellent tap list and probably better hidden bottle list. The folks working there could not be nicer. And hey, it's in Manhattan Beach so what could be better. Walking distance to some great eats, too like Fishing with Dynamite! Yummm!

Right by the beach, 40 tap handles, always have a sour on drought (from what ive seen)
Fun live environment, cool paintings on the wall, trippy light-bulbs.
10 Tv's (i think) awesome spot to catch a sporting event.
Wait times can be long... but that's a product of being 2 blocks from the beach, just go to the bar, grab a beer and watch some sports!

I really like this place. I used to come just because Simmzy's up the street was packed, but Brewco is definitely worthy of a visit on its own merits.
The tap list online really isn't indicative of the quality brews they serve. They have a rotating list of a dozen or so beers that aren't as ubiquitous as those on their menu. They'll feature local breweries like Strand and Iron Fist, plus harder to find offerings from bigger guys like Green Flash (Fizzy Yellow Beer), Lagunitas (Fusion VI) and Ballast Point (Tongue Buckler and Sextant). (Those are just examples I remember off the top of my head).
The selection isn't as vast as Naja's - few are - but would probably be comparable to Mediterraneo, and is larger than Simmzy's.
Prices are pretty standard, about $6 for a pint.
They're burgers are terrific, though a bit pricey as is becomIng the norm for these higher end pubs (like Simmzy's, Rock n' Brews, etc.) the salads are good too, and their sweet potato fries are excellent.
The space is lots of dark wood, with booths opposite the bar and tables in between. They have a number of tables in the front which look out onto MB Blvd. The front is open on warm days which makes for a nice dining and drinking experience.
Service has always been friendly and attentive.
