Alcohol by volume (ABV): 8.50%

Notes / Commercial Description:
CA$H MONY is an Imperial IPA brewed with a wasteful amount of the very best hops we could secure. An ample malt bill is paired with a huge dose of pungent hop flavor. Citrus dominates the aroma, accentuated by notes of melon, pine, and tropical fruit.

Poured out a clear, copper color with a small, tan head of bubbly foam. It smelled of citrus, grapefruit, mango and pineapple It tasted of sweet caramel, citrus, grapefruit and bread crust. Spicy bitterness adds balance. It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale.

Poured into a tulip glass from a 22oz bottle.

Pours a gorgeous slightly hazy orange color with some light golden hues. Slightly translucent but hazy for the most part. There is a nice half inch white head that is pretty dense and sticky.

Aroma is a citrus fruit punch. Starts off with notes of grapefruit rind and notes of tropical fruit such as mango and passion fruit. Mild caramel sweetness bread is perceived in the nose. Delicious citrusy and dank.

Flavor is exquisite. There are notes of pungent citrus orange, tangerine and grapefruit. Notes of tropical fruits as well. Mango and pineapple in the nose. A dank dry bitterness follows that doesn't overwhelm or detract from the delicious and pungent combo of flavors. This beer is wonderful. Best DIPA from 4 Hands so far and possibly best DIPA from St. Louis. A true gem.

Poured from the bottle a murky tangerine -pink color with one finger of rich off-white head.

Juicy aroma of fresh-squeezed oranges, pineapple and bright tropical fruits.

The taste delivered what the aroma promised. Big bites of juicy orange, pineapple and tropical fruits.

Medium bodied and sticky with a moderate carbonation.

I really, really enjoyed this new IIPA from 4 Hands. It's everything I look for in a big IPA. Time to grab a few more before they're gone!

Pours a darkish orange color, sorta going to amber. Mild haze and a few small floaters. 2 finger cream colored head. Head sticks around a decent amount of time and leaves loads of sticky lacing behind.

Aroma is huge tropical hops. Mango, pineapple, honey dew, and overripe cantaloupe. Big caramel malt counterbalance. Doughy. Lemon and orange. Super juicy.

Taste like the aroma. Big hops, tropical and juicy. Doughy, biscuit-y, caramel malt.

Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy smooth mouth feel. A bitterness on the aftertaste that surprises since there is nothing like it before.

A tremendous DIPA with huge tropical hop profile. Big malt to balance. No other IPA or DIPA I've had can compare to the tropical aromas and flavors.
