Collaboration with Shared

Street Sodie was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Shared Brewing. We dry hopped this hazy IPA with a ridiculous amount of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, giving it a huge juice-bomb aroma without any of the bitterness.

Relatively fresh, maybe a month old, no date on can. Poured into a pint glass

a nice pillowy inch of foam. Pineapple juice color. A bit of lacing leftover from head, not sticky

Terpene notes of pineapple and faint guava on the nose. Fruity and well rounded

Tastes of light pineapple (again), touch of coconut, Fuji apple at the end

Creamy and full, a bit of bitter bite in the back of the throat, a little thicker than would be expected

Overall very solid, will probably pick up a 4 pack on my next haul.

Pours a super hazy orange with virtually no clarity. Nice white foamy head. Aroma is fruity with notes of orange and pinapple, as well as a subtle floralness probably attributed to the hops. Taste captures all of the flavors of the aroma, has good body and an appropriate bitterness that finishes almost unbelievably smooth. This ones definitely a winner, cheers!

A: The beer is very hazy and cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that died down but left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of lychee along with hints of gooseberries. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, a bit creamy, and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a massive amount of aromas and flavors of lychee fruit and has some interesting creaminess in the mouthfeel.

16 oz can, no date, from Macadoodles in Springfield, MO.
Rogue Spiegelau.

Hazy, murky, dark blonde color with a creamy head of 2 fingers, receding to 1/2 finger.

Super dank dirty hops comin' at cha, some sweat socks, fresh peeled plastic wrap, pungent papaya, mango, dried apricot, and finally grapefruit.

Flavor is grapefruit first, more heavy on the pith than the sweetness, but also bringing some of that sweetness towards the finish. Also notes of honey, tangelo, lemon, and blood orange.

Feel is juicy, slightly acidic, moderate warming alcohol, lots of resins and sugars sticking to the teeth and bottom palate and gums, moderate carbonation.

Overall a pretty impressive NE IPA from Missouri and one I'd have again. Finally a beer I can finish today.
