Notes / Commercial Description:
This beer brings together tow of our favorite ingredients; hops and rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!

Pours a clear golden brown color with white head. Pine, rye spice, grapefruit notes, and grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with more rye spice.

A pilsner-colored pour. It's very tasty, but a little light for the style. It could use either a bit more rye or a bit more hop. It drinks like an exceptionally good session IPA, but that's not really the goal of the style, so I had to downgrade it a little.

Had this at a cool Oyster Bar in St. Louis. This beer was very sweet and had an excellent taste. It was almost fruity in flavor with a nice hoppy finish.

found this gem in cans at a local establishment in St. Louis after sampling the best the Tap list had to offer. This beer was magical, BA score doesn't do it justice. Super hoppy, buttery with a little rye sprinkled in for good measure. Was out there for NCAA wrestling nationals and had quite a few of these. Need less to say if the rest of 4 hands are this good I am a fan for life. Also, the label is killer. well done.

Full lacing but when it comes to taste, smell and feel it was kind of lacking anything great.

Pours a light golden amber yellow-orange with a very thin layer of straight white foam that leaves sticky lacing.

Bright citrus aroma namely grapefruit and orange is complimented by a spicy rye and fresh pine aroma as well.

The citrus becomes much more toned down in the flavor, but is still present. In flavor, the rye presents a much more noticeable quality and adds a gentle spiciness.

Light-medium bodied, medium carbonation, rye spiciness, and bitter citrus.

Overall, I wasn't extremely impressed with this brew, but I thought the rye aspect made this interesting enough to make this extremely drinkable.

Terrific balance of bitter hops and spicy rye notes. Centennial comes thru in waves. Cracked pepper finish. Maybe light, but easy to polish off a glass or 3. Fantastic one to seek out if new to the style and want a solid example

Pours a dark golden orange body, thick 1 finger head. Leaves a small amount of lacing in the glass.
Nice tropical fruit aroma with some spiciness and a little dankness.
Tastes phenomenal! I typically like beer with rye added in, it gives a nice spicy almost pepper like addition to it. Tropical fruits up front dank spice on the finish.
Only downside to me is the thinness on the end, it has a nice refreshing bite to it, but just at the end it's almost too light. There is a lingering bite to it that is nice.
Overall this is a decent rye IPA and one I will definitely have more of in the future!
