I went on a Wednesday night, so I don't think I can give it a fair grade on atmosphere. Overall, the decor is nice if not contemporary. There were only a few others in there besides me and there wasn't much conversing between patrons.

I had a couple beers as well as a few tastings of others. I was pretty impressed with everything I tried. The Smoked Pigasus was a pretty solid beer that I guess is smoked at a local BBQ joint.

Service was great. Again, there were very few customers which likely contributed to this, but both the guys working there were extremely friendly and eager to talk beer. They seemed like genuinely good people that cared about the business.

They don't have a ton of beers on tap, but the variety of what they had was impressive. A smoked porter, a cherry saison, rye IPA, imperial red, golden blonde, oatmeal brown... it seemed like they have a choice for whatever you're craving. I found it pretty commendable that they had all these styles and from what I tasted did them all well with a couple having their own extra twist (ie the smoked porter and cherry saison.)

I didn't get a chance to try the food, but from what I understood the food is from another establishment, just served here. The menu was small, but included typical gastro type food.

I found the prices to be extremely reasonable, especially the to-go bombers.

I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in town and think this was a nice addition to the growing craft scene in STL.

Visited on 3/10/17, later at night.

Was pleased that the taproom was open until midnight.

Kitchen was closed, which I knew would be a possibility due to how late we arrived, but the staff was super helpful recommending places to find good food so late.

Service was great, beer was awesome, and I was happy that they had so much of their beer available for to-go purchase.

Will definitely visit again if/when I visit St. Louis again.

Love their beer especially the IPA's. They have an excellent spring Festival called Lupulin. Worth every penny. Food isn't bad the beer is just so much better. Cheers!

I had a very good experience here; great brews, conversation and atmosphere. I took 2 cases with me when I left. Fresh beer!

Went during Madagascar release party.

Place was obviously packed for such a special release, but even with that I had a good experience. The line moved quickly for the release because downstairs had 4-5 cashiers, and up stairs was a large open drinking area with tables, games and bathrooms. Despite the place being packed, the bartenders were right there as soon as I showed up to get another drink. They were friendly and curtious. I wish the tap list was more robost with selection but there was enough there for everyone to find something they liked. Next time I'm in St.Louis I wouldn't hesitate to stop here.

Not a huge taproom but it definitely works. They have a decent amount of beer on tap you will definitely find something that suits your taste. A neat place to have a good beer and some great food before a cardinals game.

A mob scene before a Cards game, but with the stadium in walking distance, that makes sense.

These guys have a ton of beers on tap and a bunch more for sale to-go in a display area that feels like a sporting goods store.

Despite the tons of people, getting a beer was painless.

Beers were pretty solid and made me feel 4 Hands doesn't get all the attention it deserves. Worth an STL visit for sure.

There's also an outdoor area with its own beer sales and live music and that's worth checking out.

A small taproom in an industrial area downtown. Nothing spectacular, but I definitely enjoyed the logo wallpaper they installed on one wall. They had a dozen or so beers on tap, all were good a couple standouts. Good service at the bar and we didn't try the food. Worth a stop in STL, but only after Perennial and a couple of others.

In town for an unrelated event, there happened to be a home cardinals game. There was no parking to be found. Did not go in for a beer.

Visited on a Monday afternoon around 3pm.

V - A typical tasting room attached to a small brewery. Clean, a bit dark, stainless steel abounds. Not real big, so 30/40 people will make this place feel crowded. 4.25

Q - Proper glassware. All of which is rinsed before use. 4

Sel- About ten taps. They happened to have 5 guest taps because of a recent event. 4

Ser - One bartender. A lot of staff interaction and not enough with the customers. But generally friendly and engaging. 4
