On tap in NC.
Light amber body with a good white head.
Complex spicy aroma and flavor. More balanced and less ripe banana than usual for style.
Fine aftertaste.
Medium carbonation.

On Tap at Cosmos, Ballantyne

Pours a hazy light yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, fruity and sweet. A medium to light bodied witbier. The malts are fruity, cereal and sweet. The hops are herbal. Nice carbonation. Crisp and clean, slightly citrusy. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Poured into a "Young's" pint glass @ Sir Edmund Halley's in Charlotte, NC.

Clear clean beer w/a soft mellow head and thin lacing. The malt is present and pleasant, another reviewer mentioned a cereal taste - and I concur. There's a slight bitterness from the hops and a lot of bread. It's a very good example of the style and I look forward to having another... in just a minute. Check it out.
