0,33l bottle.
Pours clear amber beer with dense white 3-finger head. Some nice laces. Apples (cider-like), oak and aggressive hop in aroma. Excellent light acid apple taste, typical for faro, simple & crisp. Moderate carbonation, dry palate & high drinkability.

On tap at the Mariner Inn (aka Six North) in Stonehaven Scotland.
Deep, dark amber body with a very good head.
Very good feel: near medium body and medium carbonation.
A little funk and tart in the nose
Flavor: very different frm the aroma. Still some tart but much sweeter than tart. Lightly spicy with hints of cherries and other soft ripe fruits.

O: as per style, a touch too sweet for my taste but still much enjoyed.

A: amber/apple juice colored, big bubbles and no head.

S: little bit of sour Brett, minerals (iron), apple juice.

T: sparkling apple cider (Martinelli's), faint suggestion of sour yeast, sweet graham cracker-y finish.

M: medium body and carbonation, syrupy finish.

O: ok, pretty much tastes like carbonated pre-school, I feel like I should go take a nap on the floor now.

This same beer was given an alias for the Brussels’ food month and marathon in 2012. They were calling it “brusselicious” and even bottled it under that name. Each runner received a free bottle. I just got around to drinking mine. It pours with about two fingers of head with a very spread out white lace that sticks around indefinitely. It has a very sweet followed by sour nose. I loved the flavor. It is very similar to the smell. It is almost like grape and apple. It has a very thin feel and is very easy to drink.

BB 14-08-05. Great lasting head and bronzeamberbeer thats quiet hazy. Nose is of good spiced labic. Good stablesweet and straw, moderate sournes for labic, oak there majorly also as is lots of spice and fruitesters from yeast but there is this koreander, orange and pepper.
Taste is less great being quiet sweet, with lots of cherrycarracter, some sourness, litle grassy majorly spiced but overal a not "rocking" lambic styled brew.

Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2007.

Appearance : amber color, with white foam head.
Smell : sweet and slightly woody, fruity aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : sweetish taste, typical of faro, second mouth slightly acid.
Drinkability : a good beer in the style Faro (too sweet).
