[On tap]
Clear deep dark amber with a fine head.

Aroma. Very pleasing sweet. Spicy pumpkin with a load of banana.

Flavor. a bit tart, Moderately spicy with a nice mix that is not the typical American pumpkin pie mix. A faint hint of vinegar hurts the rating.

O. An unusual pumpkin ale worth trying.

Never had a pumpkin lambic. Let's give it a whack.

Pours up a hazy yet brilliant copper with a big bubbly white crown. Not gettin a whole lotta aroma. Some spicy pumpkin pie. Taste is tart red apples. As the beer warms up I get pumpkin and mild pumpkin spice in the finish. Mildly acidic. Nice lingering sticky sweetness in the finish also. Crispy carbo. Medium bodied. A very linear brew. Straight to the point and not too complex. Pretty solid

A tall foam in the Petrus goblet with bubbles crowded along the glass. Color is a beautiful auburn orangey brown. Earthy aroma. Mouthfeel is like Champagne.

Thin body with a sharp edge, almost tart. Slightly sweet. Not much in the way of spices but there is something besides the modest squash flavor. Apple wine taste with some red currant tang.

An interesting and easy to drink light fruity brew. From the 750 ml Belgian bottle purchased at Bottlecraft - North Park.
