750 ml bottle, Producted on 01/07/2014 according to the label. My first lambic from Timmermans, and my third sour pumpkin beer this year.

Poured into a Duvel tulip glass.

A - Pours a coppery golden body, mostly translucent with a bit of yeast particulate visible. One finger of thin bubbly light white head that leaves some okay fluffy lacing behind.

S - Aroma is pretty light: no overt sour / tart / yeast / funk to be found. Light aromas of brown bread, pie crust, pumpkin pie spice, and some cola. No notes of green earthy spice rack. Slight sweet note of honey?

T - A very light crisp sour element up front, but it fades quickly. Cinnamon spice comes in second. Not particularly earthy or gourdy, and again no earthy spice rack notes to be found. A fairly tame, almost bland & one-dimensional flavor profile. Not bad however, by any means.

M - Feel is crisp, with only very minor tartness that doesn't linger. No sour, yeast, or bacterial flavor leftover in the finish.

Overall, a tame lambic offering from Timmermans. Not terribly impressive or complex, nor is it very pumpkin-y, but I would still be interested to try more from them, and definitely more sour pumpkin beers.

Pumpkin cider? Interesting combination of pumpkin, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, Apple's and a wine like cider. It's a little tangy and a touch sour but drinks way too light.

Lighter tasting pumpkin lambic. Not too sweet. Some spice notes present. Decent, not great.

Bottle pour. Murky copper color with small head. Aromas are of apple pie with cinnamon and a little allspice. Flavor is slightly tart pumpkin, biscuit/pie crust, esters. Smooth mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a lighter body.

750ml bottled 7/24/2013. Poured into a Russian River stemmed glass.

Appearance: Pours a dark copper orange color with a finger of white head that settles to a medium ring. Body is clear with light visible carbonation.

Smell: Pumpkin pie filling, spices, pie crust, apple cider.

Taste: Basically the same as the aroma. Tastes a lot like liquid pumpkin pie and pie crust. Light tartness as well, but really no lambic qualities.

Mouthfeel: Light/medium with medium carbonation

Overall: Interesting stuff. It's enjoyable, but tastes more like a spiced cider than a beer, and if it wasn't printed on the label, I would never have guessed that there's any lambic component to this whatsoever.

Light brown to copper in color and slightly hazy in appearance. No head is present. Lots of cinnamon and some pumpkin in the aroma. The flavor is packed with cinnamon and some pumpkin pie spice. It's over spiced and cloyingly sweet. The mouth is massively carbonated and sticky.

Poured from a 500cl bottle into a pint glass. Great amber color with a floral aroma. Not much pumpkin flavor. But has an impressive white head. Overall, a good beer.
