This medium bodied American style IPA has an alluring golden glow and beautifully blends three strains of hops. While strong citrus notes ambush your taste buds halfway through the palate, the beer finishes very crisp and dry.

Fiddlehead IPA has a thick, white head and a milky-yellow appearance, with heavy lacing. The aroma is of juicy hop resin and white bread crust. The flavor is of fruity, bitter hops and sweet, white bread crust. Fiddlehead IPA has a medium body, a grainy mouthfeel, and a mostly-dry finish.

Just started seeing this near me and decided to try. Picked up a 12 pack that was reasonably priced and fresh. Enjoying these cans - they are easy to drink and have a great feel. The smell is very citrus, but the taste is more piney (and bitter proving an almost corn flavor). I like the bitterness and enjoyed, but it was not what i expected. I bought another six pack, so i guess that means that i liked it.

Thus beer presents itself well, sporting a wonderful head that dissipated to 1 finger worth or roam that remained. It’s a bright, vibrant hazy yellow with SLIGHT translucency and has a pleasant thick texture on the tongue.
The hop presence is first and foremost on this beer, with a good aromatic hoppiness in its smell and on the tongue; definitely a more piney funk from this one than citrus.
The aromatics and initial taste are quite alluring, but it quickly fades in to a near unbearable bitterness I just don’t like. Yes, IPA’s are supposed to be bitter, but not like this…it tastes like I put a hop pellet in my mouth. I got an offensive medicinal experience after each sip and a harsh astringent bite on the back of the tongue. Not sure if i got a bad batch or what.

Pours a beautiful opaque golden yellow, retaining a fluffy head 1 inch. Aroma is citrus pink grapefruit ,taste is again pink grapefruit , melon, lemon candy, dank. Feels lightly sweet and bitter, a grapefruit bomb, light and tangy. Overall very tasty and fine representation of a grapefruit splashy ipa.

Pretty good IPA. Not too strong for an IPA with a non offensive taste.
