The body color is a crystal clear golden yellow with plenty of fine carbonation and topped with a billowy, thick, white head. Mild grain and estery aroma. Flavor comes across with a slight spicy and tart fruit note; a tad astringent and boozy, and exhibiting a mild malt grain backbone; fairly strong bitterness. Medium-light body with a crisp, dry finish.

A fine, complex offering that touches many bases. Balance and complexity are fairly evident, allowing for a great opportunity to pull-out and savor the various flavors.
