Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of pearl colored head. Okay head retention & lacing
S: Tons of tropical & citrus fruits, coriander & a little coconut
T: Lemongrass, a touch coconut, limes & dryness up front, plus coriander. More lemongrass, coriander & lime as this warms, just a little dryness as well. Finishes dry with lemongrass, coriander & lime ( maybe Kaffir? )
MF: Medium body, fairly lively carbonation, great balance
This begs to be drank along side a Red Curry with Shrimp, super drinkability

Mystery Beer Review Thanks to @ovaltine .
16oz can no can date, nor other info as wrapped in foil, poured into surly tasting snifter aslo from Ovaltine
L: glowing orange with a huge fluffy white that exploded from the can upon cracking. Amazing lacing, a touch of haze since blind not hazy like NEIPA but not bright either
S: pure old school goodness, notes of resin /pine some caramel and finishings some citrus, even before you sip you know it will be hoppy. 4.5
T: the nose is touch strong the taste was expecting a touch more bitter, strong bitterness and pine light toffee malts on the backend. 4
M: high carb, not bone dry but dry and crisp for what Im assuming is IPA of some sort 4.25
O: with not knowing what I was drinking one thing is for sure, it was tasty, well done and really enjoyed. I can not wait to see what it was and if it was new to me 4.5

I like the creativity but personally can keep the chai lattes out of my beer.

Pours a hazed orange-bronze with a thin finger of near-white head that leaves modest lacing.
Ginger strikes first in the nose, with some light citrus (orange, lime), bread, lemongrass and maybe even cardamom beneath.
The lime and lemongrass are more distinct than the ginger in the taste, with the addition of some dull, earthy hops which lend a slight bitterness to the backend.
Medium bodied and lightly creamy with solid carbonation.
Nice aroma in this one. The bitterness came on a little stronger than I expected, and to my taste, is a bit incongruous with these flavors.
