A: Hazy and gold, as opposed to white. Head faded quickly. Good lacing.

S: Lemon peel, hay, pepper.

T: Delicious! Spicy and tangy to start with, then a nice, bitter, refreshing finish.

M: Quite full-bodied, but carbonation also keeps it interesting.

O: Expensive, but tasty. I wouldn't pay this much for it again but I enjoyed it.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a lightly hazed yellow-amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell –The aroma is somewhat lighter overall with some notes of a bready and biscuit malt mixed with some spice of coriander and clove. Along with these smells comes a bit of grass and hay as well as a touch of light fruitiness.
Taste – The taste begins with a slightly drier biscuit malt flavor that has a decent hit of hay and grass right from the start. Along with these tastes comes some yeast as well as some spice of coriander and clove. A bit of citrus orange and lemon peel tastes come more toward the end and with a little bit more yeast and spice one is left with a sorta crisp and nicely spiced Belgium taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the style the feel is good and makes for a nice easy drinker.
Overall – A rather decent Belgium wit. Flavorful and crisp with a nice easy drinking feel.

This is a beer, an average wit style beer. It's very nice to sip on while watching tv. Very sippable.
Not much of a head on the pour. Has a straw coloring and allows light to come through it well. You can smell the spices in the beer before you take a sip, really good. But the taste isn't as good as how this beer smells.

All in all this is a good and clean beer. I like it as a wit and it does its job.
