Golden (different from expected amber) color with a full four fingers head with great retention, apparent carbonation and leaving good laces. Really hard to beat. Probably it is very fresh.
Nice citrus aroma with sweet notes of malt, grapefruits and passion fruit.
Flavor has a different profile than aroma; it is not as sweet and tropical. It is initially very bitter with notes of grapefruits, pine cones and pineapple. Dry aftertaste with a long lasting bitterness that won’t go away.
Light body with medium carbonation. Alcohol of 6.9% abv is very well hidden.
Not a complex beer, but still faithful to the style. Very assertive and delightful bitter. Approved to hop heads.
