Fruit and malt on the nose with a hint of hops.
Pours brilliant mahogany under 1" white finely bubbled foam cap.
A moderate bitterness on the palate balanced by dried and fresh fruit and spice, faint cola, cardamom, a hint of chocolate, dark bread, with initial sweetness drying out on the finish.
Creamy and effervescent, medium body and a little above medium carbonation. Well balanced.

750ml bottle. Poured out a cloudy, golden amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of caramel malt and sweet dried fruit. It tasted of toasted caramel, some spice and fruitiness. Subtle bitterness.

Interesting brew. The cascades show themselves somewhat in the aroma and more strongly in the taste, especially the spicy quality of the finish.
Pours with a large full and rather dark head. A somewhat cloudy body.
A nice and fresh fruity aroma. A soft but firm malt base. Fresh, fruity, spicy.
Really dry finish (I think some of it is the hopping). Flavor is different than the aroma. Yeast flavors are heavy here (not so much in the aroma). The cascade lays on the tongue in a prominent manner.
Carbonated nicely. Soft and effervescent. Enough feel to add interest, but still a lighter body.
This is an interesting mix of Belgian flavors and Am. hopping (without excess).

Lomomo Palooza, "Created in support of the locked out musicians of the Minnesota Orchestra [LoMoMO]. A percentage of the profits from each beer sold will help fund music outreach programs until the musicians' jobs are reinstated." Some Spec B, Cascade hops, light Candi sugar and a "Wit Beer" yeast. Lovely red colour, lively head. Floral, citrus hop nose. Subtle. Clean. Sharp, quick flavours. A touch of citrus zest, freshly baked bread, Saltine cracker and a dry, pleasantly bitter finish. Body is on the lighter side helped by the beers ample bubbles. A refreshing, hoppy (by Belgian standards) ale. An extremely good beer.
