On cask at the prewpub, so this has to be as fresh as it gets, pacific style ale brewed with NZ hops, 60 IBU

A: clear amber, small off-white head, no visible carbonation

S: grapeskin, citrus, tropical fruit

T: starts with slightly sweet biscuity malts, grapefruit, resinous, bitter but not over the top, really big flavours

M: Light body, sticky texture with almost no carbonation, lingering bitterness, drying towards the finish

O: really enjoyed this beer, beautiful aromas and flavours from the hops without being to aggressively bitter (to my palate)
