No date found. No telling how long it's been in the bottle.
A: Awhile. Yeast slurry of opaque bronze orange. Finger of white head.
S: Apricot, overripe orange. Sickly sweet caramel malt with a fair waft of booze.
T: Big hit of malt sweetness up front. Layers of overripe orange immediately pick up with pine sol bitterness. Oxidized hop flavors continue. Overly yeasty with a distinct nuttiness in the brew.
M: Easy drinking for 8.2%. Medium to heavy bodied with not much in the way of carbonation to lift it.
O: Old and expired. No date found. Expensive drain cleaner.

Not retired on my local shelf. Good thing? Precious or Perilous?
Poured from a 22 Bomber to a pint glass.
Appears a somewhat murky orange, two finger head, hint of lacing.
Smells of stale, malty citrus. Orange followed quickly by strong grapefruit and just a hint of pine.
Crisp and dry with a tun of bubbles. Oily hop-tang aftertaste, initial throat burn.
Creamy and sour, the tropical taste and scent dose struggle, before fading in the malty tempest's wake.
The Pine stands tall though.
Too many IPAs these hazy days, perhaps, but this one seemed fair enough.

Poured from a 22-ounce bottle, a slightly hazy sunrise orange under a 1-finger thick white head with good retention and leaves spotty and splotchy lace. Aroma is mild citrus, pine, floral and faintly tropical fruit. Flavor is resiny, malty sweetness, herbal, with citrus and piney notes. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, bitter and sticky.

Pours an effervescent amber with 3 fingers of rocky cream colored head. Stays effervescent, crazy lacing & head retention
S: Faint breadyness & a little leafy hops
T: Leafy hops, tangerine notes, & faint breadyness up front. Herbal hops with a touch of cattyness & tangerine & a touch of grapefruit rind once warm. Finishes with tangerine, herbal hops, dryness & grapefruit
MF: Creamy, medium body, pretty nice balance
Drinks easy, got better as it warmed

Bottle fresh out of a carton on the East Coast. Hazy orange without much head. Smells of malts and dank hops - no light citrus or floral notes here! Tastes of heavy hop oils with malts - someone else described it as woody with a herbal astringency which matches what I taste. Mouthfeel is heavy with a carbonation and hops bite. Overall, this is just too dank and heavy for my tastes but other than that no obvious shortcomings.
