The beer on the aroma offers plum wine, sweet bourbon, alcohol, oak, caramel.
The beer follows with a sweet caramel, lots of toasty and sweet malts, a bourbon quality throughout, some hops on the way.
A well made BA American barleywine.

Really well balanced barleywine with dried dark fruits and caramel/candi sugar notes. The bourbon helps balance the sweetness but doesn't shine. Warming but not boozy. Mouthfeel is a tad slick. Smell leads right into the expected flavor. Really well made barleywine highlighted by the barrel but not overpowered.
