On-tap at Rapp Brewing Company, Seminole, FL
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of smoked malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has a light amount of smokiness in front of underlying hints of pale and toasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer only has a light amount of smokiness to it, but it still mostly obscures the underlying märzen flavors.
Serving type; on-tap
