Served on a snowy evening with dinner from 750ml generic Sante Label with Noona's Blend #5 sticker affixed

A hazy pale straw with great carbonation, no gusher this time. Little head dissipates quickly. The first odor is funk, cheese funk of a Sauvignon Blanc followed by tart apple skin and apricot. Flavor is just a hint of sweet with pepper and tart dry white grape mustiness. Prickly carbonation and medium mouthfeel, brings about that Pavlovian dog response of mouth watering after each sip. Exceptional, reminds me of Civil Disobedience #6. Looks like SARA is one ahead of the game.

Cheers!

A - Hazy yellow body with a small white head

S - Tart, lemon, and vinegar. Sweettarts up front and a slight funky Brett presence

T - Tart lemon, white vinegar, sweettarts, Brett funkiness and slight blue cheesiness. Really a good sour presence.

M - Slight carbonation with a thick body

O - Good sour beer with tartness balanced with a nice funky presence
