Has a hazy golden color with moderate carbonation. The head was white and dissipated quickly with some lacing. Smell of citrus, mainly orange and light malt. Mouthfeel is light with a dry finish. Taste is a great balance of tart, orange, lemon, and a bit of banana from what I got. Very easy to drink and refreshing on a hot day.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color ale with small foamy head. Aroma of light wheat malt with some tart and funky notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some nice light funky Brett notes with light dry aftertaste with light wheat malt noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Refreshing and easily drinkable with just enough complexity.

have had a few batches of this one...this bottle is from drunkensloth from maybe the fall?
what can really be said about this other than a sante take on a wit. has that wonderful Sante flavor profile but in a crisp lightly tart almost beer seltzer like concoction. soft sweet candy is met wit prickly carbonation and a lightly watered down body. not Sante''s best but a super refreshing summer beverage that is hitting the spot. taking down the full bottle will be no issue.

750 mL bottle. Lightly hazy yellow. No head. Smells of light acidity, lots of wheat, and a bit of spice. Tastes of lemon tartness and wheat. Wheat and mineral character persist. Light body. Nicely tart, but otherwise not a terribly exciting beer.
