750ml bottle, Batch #1, poured into a Sante Adairius snifter glass. Enjoyed on 06.09.2018, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright copper color, cloudy with reddish orange hues and a fizzy white head that has no retention and minimal lace. The aroma is very good, classic Sante house funk, very fruity and floral with cereal grains, strong cherry fruit with a nice wine barrel character, vinous with nice oak and a great buggy bacterial profile. The flavors are good, great saison base, nice grains, Sante house cultures, very floral and yeasty with a great barrel character that really brings out the cherry that's tart and fresh. The mouthfeel is good, coating medium body that is lively and crisp with a tart and dry finish.
Verdict: A very nice fruited wild saison from Sante Adairius. Bright, balanced, buggy and funky with a great barrel character. Lovely beer.

Huge thanks to yourefragile for sharing. Transparent pale yellow / orange body with a small head. Aromas of white wine, oak, lacto, funk, earth, cherry. It actually took me a minute to get the cherry character, but it's there, emerging more as the beer is allowed to open up. Delicious. Spritzy carbonation with a light, but not thin, body. Elegantly crafted and balanced. Well done.

Pour is clear light pink with a tight white head. Nose has a fair bit of heat and plastic, a good bit of leather brett, moderately strong cherry aroma. Flavor has a hint of the plastic, but less. More robust sour cherry flavor, fairly ripe, brett is a bit lighter, still fairly leather and dusty. Moderate carb, more body than I expected, very dry finish.

Bug thanks dan for popping this at zwanze day. Poured murky yellow, deep and rich color. Noise is soft woody cherry with some sweet tart funk. Taste is really refined cherry flavor. Deep and lush and complex but cherry at great. Super easy drinker simply delicious. A highlight in a day of beer.

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with malt, fruit, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour fruit and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with nice sour fruit qualities all around.
