Poured into SARA snifter.

Appearance is light gold color, fizzy white head which settles to lingering bubble masses, hazy body. Looks like a barrel aged saison.

Aroma is gorgeous citrus of mandarin, lime, lychee, and pink grapefruit. That typical vinous white grape character in abundance with a shy but present saison spiciness amidst the wall of oak notes that envelops the whole fragrance.

The taste leaves you dumbfounded. So juicy yet crisp, sweet yet dry. All that lovely citrus smacks your palate around a bit while the oak and soft spiciness bring it back to center revealing white wine and grape tannins. This is phenomenal. Even a faint tropical fruit vibe happening on the tongue. Kiwi, pineapple...

Mouthfeel is perfect for the style. Light medium bodied, medium carbonation with nice spritziness against the cheeks, and an invitingly tart, dry finish.

Sante Adairius knocks it out of the park with this Nonnas Blend. Almost up there with Cellarman and certainly right there with Cask 200 and Cask Strawberry. Everybody goes cuckoo for West Ashley yet I've found all of the above more enjoyable. Hard to find quality like this apart from Hill Farmstead. I've said it before and I'll say it again, HF and SARA are two steps ahead of many others with similar demand, including the likes of Side Project and certainly well ahead of De Garde. Get you some..

This one has a dry, almost Gueuze-like character to it. Notes of white grapefruit, sage, chamomile, and clove. Quite drinkable at first, which is nice considering I bought the bottle to polish off myself. Nice mouthfeel with pleasant herbal finish. This beer has a biting acidic edge to it which becomes a little overpowering as the bottle warms up.

Bottle shared by ygtbsm94. Thanks Brad.

Light yellow hazy body with a white head. Lovely aroma of funk, wild yeast, citrus. Gentle acetic character and elegant sourness. Phenomenal. World class wild ale.

Okay, but a bit buttery. Something of a let down compared to other SARA Saisons.

750 ml bottle. Pale hazy golden colored body, foamy white head. Nice lacing and retention. Aromas of chalk, tart fruits, funk, and oak. Flavors pretty much follow suit, sans the chalkiness. Lots of wine-like characteristics here. Sour and lightly fruity.
