750ml bottle, 2019 stamped on the label, poured into a stemless wine glass.

The beer pours a cloudy golden straw color, soft amber hues with a big and pillowy white head, good retention and spotted lacing. The aroma is pleasant, classic Sante funk and bacterial qualities, bright lemon, nice and floral, soft grains, layered oak, a nice earthiness emerges, lightly grassy with a mineral water finish. The flavors echo the nose well, nice oak barrel, earthy and chewy that brings out the floral qualities while the funk and bugginess starts to dry things out towards the finish which is somewhat tart and citrusy. The mouthfeel is good, lively medium body, modest tartness that coats well and finishes with a lightly dry bite.

Verdict: A very nice blend of saisons from Sante Adairius. Bright, well balanced, mildly tart without being overly acidic and offering a diverse array of flavors. It feels very down the center of the fairway for what one could expect from their barrel aged saison program.
